It is the limit of how frequently we'll check the selected page for changes.

Can I Select a Specific Time Period to Monitor?

Sure, you can either select a period (for example from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or exact time of checks (i.e., check on 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM).

What Will Happen if I Change Plan?

If you downgrade your plan, you'll stay on your current plan until the end of billing period. If you upgrade your plan, you'll be upgraded immediately, with proration of unused days on current period.
